Desert Diamond Distillery, Stetson Winery, Cella Winery and the Magnuson Hotel present Route 66 Spirit Tours.
For $20 per person (plus tax), you can hop aboard and enjoy a leisurely trip to the area’s growing spirits and wine venues. Initially, tours will be offered weekly on Saturdays.
Leaving from the Powerhouse parking lot (120 W. Andy Devine Ave.), the first stop will be at Desert Diamond Distillery for a behind the scenes tour of their production and barrel rooms, as well as a tasting at their tasting bar. This bar has an interesting Las Vegas Rat Pack history, you’ll want to ask about.
Next, participants will shuttle out to the wineries, visiting Cella Winery for a taste of locally produced wines and Stetson Winery taking a tour of the winery, the vineyards and – if you’re on the last tour – catching a glimpse of the Arizona Sunset.
After everyone is pleasantly relaxed, the shuttle will return to the Historic Downtown. Participants have the option of being driven to the shopping area for a meal at the local mom and pop restaurants, or being returned to the Powerhouse.
Shuttle Tour Schedule:
- Saturdays beginning at 12 noon
Ages 21 or older recommended. Minors must be accompanied by someone 21 or older. All participants must be at least 21 years old to participate in tastings. |
